1. Bells Lane - Site Plan Review for Just Tanx to construct a 4500 sf building on 8.76 acres of property that is zoned M-1. The building will contain an office and space to service tanker trucks that deliver chemicals to Momentive from New Jersey. There will also be a 14,700 sf area to stack and store tanks full of chemicals.
