1. 53 Towpath Lane – Continuation of a use variance request which was tabled last month after the public hearing.  Julie Severance proposes to locate a shed in her side yard in Riverbend.  Town Zoning Code allows sheds only in the rear yard for homes in this section of Riverbend.  Hence, the request for a use variance 

      2. Decision re: 2 Timber Drive needs to be approved – In September, the ZBA approved an area variance to allow a 6 foot high privacy fence to extend 17 feet into the front yard of Lan Cantrell and Nick Gordon along Fonda Road.  Section 161-29               B(4) of the Town Zoning Code allows only a fence with a maximum height of 3 feet in a front yard.  The fence will also extend approximately 90 feet north in the front yard, parallel to Fonda Road and then 17 feet east to the side yard.
