1. Site Plan Review – The Shaker Group, Inc is a shipping and warehousing company in Latham. As part of an expansion, the Group is purchasing 154 Hudson River Road as their new office and warehouse facility. The existing warehouse and office area would be remodeled/renovated and a new 3760 sf office area addition would be made. Site changes are minimal and include a new truck dock; an accessible curb cut on Bells Lane through an easement with the neighbor at 4 Bells Lane; and a new parking layout for employees, drivers, tractors, trailers and smaller delivery trucks. Handicapped access, an at grade entrance to the warehouse new exterior lighting landscaping, and an employee outside courtyard will all be added.

3. Lot Line Adjustment – Karen Carmody & Richard Henderson own three adjacent properties; one each at # 39, 41 & 43 Fonda Road. The original property at # 39 contained a house (parcel 1) and a vacant lot (parcel 2) in the back. They were merged years ago to combine into one lot. Now, the applicants would like to take parcel 2 (0.30 acres) from 39 Fonda Road and make it part of the vacant lot at 41 Fonda Road. The intent is then to sell off the house at 39 Fonda Road and keep 41 Fonda Road as a vacant field.
