1. Site Plan Review – Jason Wellington proposes to establish a second Joyful Beginnings daycare facility in the B&J Plaza @ 35B Saratoga Avenue. The site was once occupied by the Tree of Life Daycare Center about five years ago. The ZBA recently confirmed that the special use permit issued for the site as a day care in 2009 was still valid.
