Public Hearing - Sewer District #1 Assessment Roll for Improvements

NOTICE ON MEETING ON ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR IMPROVEMENTS

TAKE NOTICE, that the Town Board of the Town of Waterford , New York, has completed its assessment roll for improvements of Sewer District No. 1 of the Town of Waterford, consisting of the construction of general sewers in some of the Town streets and highways, and the establishment and equipment of sewage disposal plant in connection therewith, and other related improvement. The assessment roll was filed with the Town Clerk of the Town of Waterford on September 1, 2018.

The Town Board of the Town of Waterford will meet at Town Hall, 65 Broad Street, in the Town of Waterford, on October 2, 2018 at 6:55 P.M. to conduct a hearing on the assessment roll and to consider any objections.
