1. Major Subdivision – Thomas  Despart proposes to construct approximately 250 units of apartments on Hudson River Road.  A total of eight apartment buildings and a clubhouse would be constructed.
2. Minor Subdivision &  Lot Line Adjustment – Jeremy Krug proposes to subdivide property (parcel1) he owns along Columbus Avenue into two lots.  He also owns parcel 2 which will be the subject of a lot line adjustment with one of the subdivided lots from parcel 1.  The end product will be three lots of approximately the same size.
