The Mediterranean Diet at the new Community Center

The Town of Waterford Community Center will host “The Mediterranean Diet,” presented by Food and Nutrition Educator Diane Whitten, Thursday, June 1 from 6:00 to 7:30 pm.   Program discusses the health benefits of following the Mediterranean diet and introduces the Mediterranean Food Pyramid and includes cooking demonstration.  Participants will be treated to an enticing Mediterranean dessert.    Registration required by signing up at Community Center, emailing  This email address is being protected from spambots.
