1.  Sal Cicchinell of 134 Fonda Road Waterford to construct a 24'x24' garage to be located at 132 Fonda Road Waterford.  The proposed garage will replace the current structure of the same dimension and at the same location.  Current structure is a non conforming use. A variance is required for the proposed replacement as it is one foot off the property line.

Regular Meeting

1. Stewart's Shop of 105 Hudson River Road  proposes a bathroom addition. The proposed 6'x'10'x'6' bathroom addition does not allow for the side setback requirement of twenty feet for a C-2 District. An eleven foot area variance is sought.
