PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Notice is hereby given by the Zoning Board of the Town of Waterford, New York, that it will hold a Public Hearing at the Waterford Town Hall, 65 Broad Street, Waterford, New York, on April 19, 2016 at 6:30 p.m. The following application will be heard:
Application of Stewart's Shop Corp. located at 105 Hudson River Road Waterford, to construct a 6'x10'x6' bathroom addition. Town Code of the Town of Waterford states a minimum side setback of twenty feet is required for a building in a C-2 District. The proposed addition does not meet this requirement. A variance is sought. Said hearing will take place at the Waterford Town Hall located at 65 Broad Street, Waterford, New York. All interested parties wishing to appear may do so in person or by other representation. This Notice of Public Hearing is given pursuant to Article 16 of the Town Law. Meeting Agenda for April 19, 2016
6:30 PM - Public Hearing
1. Stewarts Shops Corp to renovate/upgrade and add an addition to the current retail
location at 105 Hudson River Road Waterford NY. The proposed 6'x'10'x'6' bathroom
addition does allow for the side setback requirement of twenty feet for a C-2 District. An
eleven foot area variance is sought. The project was sent to the County Planning Board
for 239-m Referral. The project is also before the Town Planning Board for Site Plan
Review.
Regular Meeting
2. Stewart's Shop of 105 Hudson River Road proposes a bathroom addition. The proposed
6'x'10'x'6' bathroom addition does allow for the side setback requirement of twenty feet
for a C-2 District. An eleven foot area variance is sought.
3. Petition of Sal Cicchinell of 134 Fonda Road Waterford to construct a 24'x24' garage to
be located at 132 Fonda Road Waterford. The proposed garage will replace the current
structure of the same dimension and at the same location. Current structure is a non
conforming use. A variance is required for the proposed replacement as it is one foot off
the property line.
