1. Stewart’s Shop on 105 Hudson River Road.  Stewart’s proposes to add a bathroom,

relocate an external freezer to the rear of the building, upgrade lighting and install a

patio.  ZBA approval will also be necessary and they will hold a separate public hearing at a later date.

2. Site Plan Review – Stewart’s Shop on 105 Hudson River Road.  Stewart’s proposes to add

a bathroom, relocate an external freezer to the rear of the building, upgrade lighting and install a patio.

3. Site Plan – Strawberry Ridge Apartments.  Strawberry Ridge LLC proposes to build a four

unit apartment building on the site of a similar building destroyed by fire in August 2015.
