Public Hearing

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Town Board of the Town of Waterford, Saratoga County, New York, will meet at the Town Hall, 65 Broad Street, Waterford, NY 12188 on the 5th day of April, 2016 at 7:10 p.m. for the purpose of considering the advisability of amending the Code of the Town of Waterford to include a proposed local law entitled “Local Law To Prohibit Illicit Discharges, Activities And Connections To Separate Storm Sewer Systems”  The law seeks to regulate non-stormwater discharges to the municipal separate storm sewer system (MS4).  A copy can be obtained from the Town Clerk or viewed on the Town website.

At said public hearing all will be heard and all communication received will be read and made a part of the record.
