1. 7:30 PM - 74 Hudson River Road -- The property proposed for review involves the construction of a 100’ x 100’ foot warehouse and an 80’ x 40’ office building at the old Kelt’s service station.

1. 7:45 PM - 56 Hudson River Road - The property proposed for review involves the construction of a 40’ x 50’ warehouse addition to Pure Performance at 56 Hudson River Road (corner of Industry Drive). The project would also include associated parking, landscaping, stormwater management and appurtenances.

Regular Meeting

1. Site Plan Review - Bohler Engineering will present a concept plan for Land Remediation Inc. which plans to construct a 100’ x 100’ foot warehouse and an 80’ x 40’ office building at the old Kelt’s service station on 74 Hudson River Road.

    

2. Site Plan Review – Fred Metzger will present a site plan for Pure Performance which plans to construct a 40’ x 50’ addition to the existing structure at 56 Hudson River Road (corner of Industry Drive).

3. Site Plan Review – McDonalds received site plan approval in January to reconstruct their building at 42 Saratoga Avenue.  They would like to relocate the free standing identity sign from the southeast corner of the property to the northeast corner near the intersection of Fulton Street.
