        1.  32 – 46 Bells Lane – Site Plan Review. Douglas Stone and Matt Ciprioni of D&M Enterprises of NY LCC propose to develop a 8.933 acre parcel on Bells Lane.  At the July 14 meeting, a minor subdivision was approved that created two lots                      including the 8.933 acre lot.  Eight storage buildings measuring 150 ft wide and 50 ft deep will be constructed on the vacant property.  Each building will have six storage units, each 25 ft wide by 50 ft deep.  There will be 48 storage units in all.              The proposal also includes reconstructing approximately 500+ feet of Bells Lane to widen it to accommodate two-way traffic.
