1. 32 – 46 Bells Lane – Minor Subdivision. Douglas Stone and Matt Ciprioni of D&M Enterprises of NY LCC propose to subdivide a 9.96 acre parcel on Bells Lane into two lots. The parcel currently contains two homes. A new one acre parcel with a two story Colonial style home will be created at the east end of the property. The second lot will contain the remaining acreage and a small house located at the western end of the property.

7:45 PM Regular Meeting

1. 32 – 46 Bells Lane – Minor Subdivision. See above. The minor subdivision is a prelude to a site plan review that will be heard by the Planning Board later this year. That proposal will involve the creation of a series of large storage unit buildings (approximately 25’ x 50’).

2. Riberdy Grove – Special Use Permit. Dylan DeFrino, representing Seaboard Solar of Connecticut proposes to construct a 10 MW solar farm on an approximately 136 acre parcel owned by John McLaughlin in what is known as Riberdy Grove along the Mohawk River. The property bisects two zoning districts: R-Rural and L-C
