Notice of Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given that the Planning Board of the Town of Waterford, New York, will hold a Public Hearing at the Town Hall, 65 Broad Street, Waterford, New York, on March 14, 2022 at 7:30 P.M. in the evening to hear comments concerning an application for review and approval of a site plan.

The property proposed for review, is located at 230 Fonda Road.  The applicant, Kelly Comtois is seeking approval to add a 728 sf master bedroom suite addition to an existing house that is 1350 sf.

The property is bounded by the following: properties

All parties in interest and citizens will be given an opportunity to be heard at this Public Hearing.
