Notice is hereby given that the Planning Board of the Town of Waterford, New York, will hold a Public Hearing at the Town Hall, 65 Broad Street, Waterford, New York, on June 13, 2022 at 7:30 P.M. in the evening to hear comments concerning an application for review and approval of a site plan.

 The property proposed for review, is located at 291 Hudson River Road.  The applicant, David Livarchuk is seeking approval to convert a single-family home into an office and storage for a roofing company.  Parking of trucks and trailers will be in the rear of the proposed office.

 The property is bounded by the following: properties

All parties in interest and citizens will be given an opportunity to be heard at this Public Hearing.
