PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Waterford on December 21, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. at Waterford Town Hall, 65 Broad Street Waterford, NY and via Zoom for consideration of Local Law No. 5 of the Year 2021 titled “A Local Law to Opt-Out of Allowing On-Site Consumptions Sites as Authorized Under Cannabis Law Article 4.” Click here to view Local Law No. 5 of 2021   Any resident of the Town of Waterford is entitled to be heard upon said proposed Local Law at such public hearing. Copies of said proposed Local Law are available for review at the Town of Waterford Clerk’s Office during normal business hours. The link to the meeting will be posted on the Town of Waterford website and Town Facebook page.
