Notice of Public Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Waterford, New York, will hold a public hearing at Town Hall, 65 Broad Street, Waterford, New York, on Tuesday, September 20, 2022 at 6:45 P.M. in the evening to hear comments concerning an application for a use variance.

The property proposed for review is located at 53 Towpath Lane in a R-100 zoning district.  The applicant, Julie Nichols-Severance seeks a use variance in order to construct a 12’ x 8’ shed in her side yard.  Section 161-54 B of the Town Code only allows sheds in Riverbend VI if they are placed in the rear yard.
