1. Site Plan Review – Jason Wellington proposes to establish a second Joyful Beginnings daycare facility in the B&J Plaza @ 35B Saratoga Avenue. In December 2018, the site plan was conditionally approved. One of the major conditions was for a traffic circulation study to be done which would recommend how traffic should flow between the two buildings. The Board will review the proposed traffic circulation plan and if it accepts the plan, the conditional approval will be finalized.
2. Minor subdivision - Gregg Riberdy of 57 Devitt Road has purchased two vacant lots at 51 & 53 Devitt Road that were created by the Tymeson subdivision in Spring 2018. Mr. Riberdy wants to combine # 51 & 53 Devitt Road into one large, 1.41 acre lot with 200 ft of frontage. Mr. Riberdy would like to build a two family duplex home on the enlarged lot. A special use permit will need to be granted by the ZBA to allow the duplex
