NOTICE OF ADOPTION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Town Board of the Town of Waterford, Saratoga County, New York, adopted on the 5th day of March, 2019 a local law entitled "A local law regulating stop intersections in the Town of Waterford". The law seeks to add additional stop intersections in the Town of Waterford. A copy can be obtained from the Town Clerk or viewed on the Town website. A local law regulating stop intersections in the Town of Waterford

Be it enacted by the Town Board of the Town of Waterford the following:

Section 158-40. Schedule VI: Stop Intersections.

Section 1.        The following streets are added to the list of streets currently listed in Section 158-40. Schedule VI:

            Section 2. The Follow streets are removed from the list of streets currently listed in Section 158-40. Schedule VI:

Section 3. Effective Date.

            This law shall take effect as of the date of filing with the New York State Department of State.
