2. Lot Line Adjustment – Joseph & Katrina Panetta are the applicants for a lot line adjustment involving 1 & 3 Murray Avenue. A small sliver of land will be transferred from # 3 to #1. A driveway belonging to # 1 is bisected by the current boundary line, therefore necessitating a realignment of the boundaries. Lot #1 will be increased from 6422 sf to 6989 sf while #3 will be decreased from 6192 sf to 5625 sf. Each lot contains a single family home, both of which are owned by the Panetta family. ZBA granted necessary variances at their June 20th meeting.
3. Site Plan – Strawberry Ridge Apartments. Strawberry Ridge LLC proposes to build a four unit apartment building on the site of a similar building destroyed by fire in August 2015. The site plan was approved conditionally in May 2016, but the conditions were never fully met and the approval expired after one year.
4. Major Subdivision – Thomas Despart proposes to construct approximately 250 units of apartments on Hudson River Road. A total of eight apartment buildings and a clubhouse would be constructed.
