1. Site Plan – Strawberry Ridge Apartments.  Strawberry Ridge LLC proposes to build a four unit apartment building on the site of a similar building destroyed by fire in August 2015.  The site plan was approved conditionally in May 2016, but the conditions were never fully met and the approval expired after one year.
2. Site plan on 95 Hudson River Road.  Joe Burniche proposes to construct a 60’ x 120’ enclosed pre-engineered steel building at the rear of his property.

      3. Major Subdivision – Thomas Despart proposes to construct approximately 250 units of apartments on Hudson River Road.  A total of eight apartment buildings and a clubhouse would be constructed.

      4.  Change of Date for July 10^th Meeting to July 24th
